ko9 Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you") and ko9 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By creating an account and using any service offered by ko9 — including games, promotions, and wallet functions — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the ko9 platform. Multiple accounts for the same person — regardless of the email address, phone number, or payment method used — are strictly prohibited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. If your information changes — including your phone number, bank account details, or e-wallet information — you must update your account promptly.

Accounts created using false information, fictitious identities, or for the purpose of circumventing eligibility rules will be closed, and any balance remaining in such accounts will be forfeited. ko9 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time.

All deposits to your ko9 account must be made from a payment method that belongs to you. Third-party deposits — where the sender of the funds is not the registered account holder — are not permitted and may result in the account being frozen pending investigation.

Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, Philippine bank transfer, and other supported local online banking options. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). ko9 does not accept deposits in foreign currency, and we do not accept payments via credit cards or cryptocurrency.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process within your account. Deposits are generally credited to your ko9 balance promptly once confirmed by the payment provider, though processing times may vary depending on the method used.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. You must complete the required KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be approved. This typically involves submitting a government-issued ID and proof of the payment account being used.

Withdrawals are processed in PHP. The minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account. ko9 aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any additional verification steps that may be required.

ko9 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. Withdrawals to payment methods not associated with the registered account holder will not be processed.

Promotions and bonuses offered by ko9 are subject to specific terms that apply to each individual offer. These terms include but are not limited to: wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, eligible game categories, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry periods.

The full terms for any active promotion are displayed within your account before you opt in. You are responsible for reviewing these terms before claiming any offer. ko9 does not allow the withdrawal of bonus funds until all associated wagering requirements have been fully met.

Bonuses may only be claimed by the registered account holder. Attempting to exploit promotional offers through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or other prohibited methods will result in the forfeiture of all bonus balances and may result in account termination.

You must have sufficient balance in your account to place a wager. Wagers placed using bonus balance are subject to any applicable game contribution rates specified in the bonus terms. ko9 reserves the right to void wagers placed in error or where a technical malfunction has affected the integrity of the game round.

ko9 is not liable for any loss of winnings, loss of data, or indirect financial loss arising from the use of the platform — including losses resulting from technical faults, delays in payment processing, or actions taken in accordance with these Terms. Your use of the platform is at your own risk, and you are responsible for your own gaming decisions.

ko9 reserves the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players through the platform — typically via an in-account notification or a notice displayed on login.
